Kale Soup


Ingredients:
  • Organic vegetable stock cube
  • Curly green kale, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
  • chopped parsley
  • salt, pepper, tamari sauce
Instructions:

Boil water in a medium pan, add stock cube, kale, carrot and potatoes and spices and cook on medium heat till vegetables are tender. Top with parsley when serving.
